OK, consultant paediatrician verbally told 4 year olds mum that it is OK for nasal flu. I would suggest that brittle asthma falls into the severe asthma category therefore nasal is CI. Little Lady was also in hospital just over a week ago. Booked with me Fri,

Apparently mum says she has to have it by Friday???? Tried to speak to consultant but no joy. What do I do
Thanks all z

Not sure at present, awaiting info from Hosp discharge as her meds were changed. Was on ICS, Salbutamol and I think a long acting along side. Has pred on standby and just had another course

On our PGD says 14 days after a course of pred....so if not, you’ll need a PSD and any prescriber would be reluctant if they read the green book, . Not sure what the rush is - another week and check his chest is clear and if not on 800mcg of inhaled steroids a day, could have it then. 👍
