Attendance at both 2 days formal tuition with Practice Nurse Training Ltd.

Once in a new and supervised job setting : - A visit to the Cytology Laboratory via on-line tour facility.

Each student must send in at least 25 samples, 80% of which must contain evidence of transformation zone sampling (on women between the ages of 25 and 50). Practical, supervised sample taking must take place within 9 months from attending the 2-day theoretical training days.

A refresher half day training will be required if this time frame is not met once completing the initial training days.
