Enhanced Salary Survey Report and Pay Estimator

Our 2009 salary survey has been completed by 440 nurses. We believe this is the largest independent pay survey for nurses in General Practice. The enhanced report contains a comprehensive analysis of the variation of salary by practice size, location and nurse responsibility.

Based on the survey data we have created an on-line estimator so that you can review the salary of any of your nursing team by answering a few questions about your practice location together with the individual skills/responsibilities for each nurse. The pay estimator produces the average pay based on the salary survey data. It also calculates pay at different percentiles (e.g. 75%, 90% etc) to allow you to set a pay policy which is based on market rates.

We also provide information on equivalent Agenda for Change bands and the annual increments NHS employed nurses will receive at these bands to assist with setting annual pay reviews.

The pay review estimator and enhanced salary survey report is available for £60. You can use the pay review estimator as many times as you like e.g. for each nurse or whenever significant training has been completed or new responsibilities taken on.
