hi have a child of 3 1/2 coming for imms, has had primary course but no menitorix, primary all on time but no menitorix, would you give menitorix, mmr and psb, and 1/12 further mmr

I dont see why not...... sorry jaycee had a very long morning. im trying to imagine 3yr old keeping still for three injections!!! or give two today and two in one month when returns for 2nd mmr

I would give the hib/menc and mmr and pvc and 2nd mmr in 3months unless you have an outbreak. Green book says 3months apart when given routinely but 1month apart if urgent cover is needed.

HPA flowchart suggests only 4/52 gap between catch up MMR's and PCV not required as over 2yrs. I would split into 2 and 2 if you can be sure the child will be brought back.
